Accessibility Statement

Last updated: June 15, 2026

I want every visitor to be able to use this site — including people who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, or other assistive technology. I've built it to meet recognized accessibility standards, and I'll fix any barrier you run into.

The standard I aim for

This website is designed to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA — the benchmark referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and recognized internationally.

What I've done

Steps I've taken to make this site accessible include:

  • Text and interactive elements meet AA color-contrast ratios.
  • The entire site works with a keyboard, with a clearly visible focus indicator and a “skip to main content” link.
  • Images and visual mockups have text alternatives for screen readers.
  • Forms have proper labels, required-field cues, and autocomplete support.
  • Animation respects your device's “reduce motion” setting and stops when you ask it to.
  • Semantic headings and landmark regions help assistive technology navigate the page.
  • The site is responsive and readable when zoomed or viewed on small screens.

Ongoing effort

Accessibility isn't a one-time checkbox. As I add features or content, I test against the same WCAG 2.2 AA standard and fix issues as I find them. If something slips through, I want to know.

Found a barrier?

If any part of this site is hard to use, please tell me — I treat accessibility issues as bugs and will work with you to get you the information or service you need, and to fix the underlying problem. I aim to respond within a few hours, usually the same day.
